Terms of service

This website is operated by مؤسسة شيد آرت (Shades Art Establishment), Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It presents our artistic lighting and décor collection for information and enquiries. Online checkout is not yet available, and submitting an enquiry does not place an order or require payment.

Product prices shown are in Saudi riyals and include VAT. Product availability, any customization, delivery date, shipping charge and payment arrangements will be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted. Product dimensions and electrical details should be checked in the technical datasheet. Outdoor lifestyle images are illustrative; the actual product, colour and apparent scale may differ. The IP65 rating stated for flower lamps applies to the lamp; the transformer must be protected unless its own rating permits outdoor exposure.

Our shipping policy, return and refund policy, and privacy policy provide further information. Nothing in these terms reduces rights that customers have under applicable Saudi law. For questions, contact hello@shadesart.com.
