Online checkout is not yet open. Shades Art is currently showing products for enquiries only and is not collecting payment through this website.

For any order that Shades Art later accepts, customers may request a return of an unused standard product within seven days after delivery. Exceptions permitted by Saudi law may apply to items made to a customer’s specifications. Nothing here limits the customer’s rights where a product is defective, damaged, or materially different from its description, or where delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date as provided by law.

To request a return, cancellation or warranty service, email hello@shadesart.com with your order details. We will explain the return process and applicable refund method. Product-specific warranty information appears on each product page and datasheet.
