Shades Art provides a five-year warranty on outdoor flower lamps purchased from us, starting on the date the customer receives the product. It covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and installation in line with the supplied instructions. It includes the flower colour and its fading under normal outdoor use, the LED driver / power adapter, and the supplied cable. The replaceable LED bulb is not covered by this voluntary five-year warranty.

The IP65 rating stated for the lamp does not establish an outdoor rating for the power adapter. Keep the adapter in a protected location unless it has its own outdoor rating.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impact, unauthorized modification, an unsuitable electrical supply, or installation contrary to the product instructions, including weather exposure of an adapter that is not rated for it. Accidental scratches and stains are not covered; normal outdoor colour fading remains covered.

To request warranty service, email hello@shadesart.com with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos where possible. We will arrange an assessment and explain the return or collection process. For a covered defect, Shades Art will repair the product without charge or replace it if repair is not feasible. If neither remedy is feasible, we will refund the price paid. Shades Art will cover reasonable transport costs for an accepted warranty claim.

This warranty does not limit any rights available to consumers under Saudi law, including rights relating to defective goods and any required extension of the warranty period.

تقدم شيد آرت ضمانًا لمدة خمس سنوات على مصابيح الزهور الخارجية المشتراة منها، يبدأ من تاريخ استلام العميل للمنتج. يشمل الضمان عيوب المواد أو التصنيع عند الاستخدام والتركيب المعتادين وفق التعليمات المرفقة. ويشمل لون الزهرة وتغيره خلال الاستخدام الخارجي المعتاد، ومشغّل الإضاءة / محول الطاقة، والكابل المورّد مع المنتج. ولا يشمل هذا الضمان الإضافي لمبة LED القابلة للاستبدال.

تصنيف IP65 المذكور يخص المصباح، ولا يعني أن محول الطاقة مصنف للاستخدام الخارجي. يجب وضع المحول في مكان محمي ما لم يكن له تصنيف مستقل يسمح بتعرضه للعوامل الجوية.

لا يغطي الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام أو الصدمات أو التعديل غير المصرح به أو استخدام مصدر كهربائي غير مناسب أو التركيب المخالف للتعليمات، بما في ذلك تعريض محول غير مصنف للعوامل الجوية. ولا يشمل الخدوش أو البقع الناتجة عن الحوادث، مع بقاء تغير اللون أثناء الاستخدام الخارجي المعتاد مشمولًا بالضمان.

لطلب خدمة الضمان، يرجى مراسلة hello@shadesart.com مع رقم الطلب ووصف المشكلة وصور واضحة إن أمكن. سنرتب فحص المنتج ونوضح إجراءات الاستلام أو الإرجاع. في حال ثبوت عيب مشمول بالضمان، تصلح شيد آرت المنتج دون تكلفة أو تستبدله إذا تعذر الإصلاح. وإذا تعذر الحلّان، ترد المبلغ المدفوع. وتتحمل شيد آرت تكاليف النقل المعقولة للمطالبة المقبولة.

لا يحد هذا الضمان من حقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب الأنظمة السعودية، بما في ذلك الحقوق المتعلقة بالسلع المعيبة وأي تمديد واجب لمدة الضمان.
